Do you stock all the items you sell?

A) Yes, we do. We do NOT offer a "drop-shipping" service where you get a product sent from someone who has little to no experience or knowledge of the product. All of our products are stocked in house and are available for dispatch! This means for anyone leaving their order last minute, you do not have to worry about delivery times taking weeks, or getting rubbish customer service. We handle all of our products daily and have plenty of knowledge regarding them, so please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Do the badges come with a template to install?

A) Some of our badges do come with templates to help install your badge with. These tend to be badges that are individual lettering to help align all your letters. The product description will clarify this for each individual product.

Will the coloring on the badges fade?

A) No! All of our badges will completely avoid fading as long as the car is kept in a good condition and strong chemicals kept off them. 

How easy are the exhaust tips to fit?

A) Our exhaust tips are surprisingly easy to fit. They come with automotive grade tape pre-fitted onto them. All you need to do is remove the red plastic to activate the tape and press firmly onto your vehicle. They will be held firmly and withstand any weather or car wash.

Can I set up a trade account?

A) Yes, we do offer trade discounts, please get in touch with us for more information on this.

Are the goods high quality?

A) Now this is going to be a biased answer of course... However, we do truly believe that all the products we offer are made to an exceptionally high standard. All of our items are checked thoroughly before being sent out to any of our customers. In fact, we are so sure that our products are such a good quality, that we will take any items back in return for a full refund if you are not happy with them, guaranteed.

How fast is shipping, and when can I expect to receive an order?

A) We process and dispatch all our items the next working day at the latest. We offer three different shipping services, all of which can be seen at the checkout. If you place an order on our "One day shipping" option, you can expect to see it the following working day from dispatch. If you have any questions or in need of an urgent order, please get in touch, and we will always do our best to help out.

Will you be increasing your variety of products?

A) This is something we are always working towards. We always want to improve our stock holding and give our customers the widest range of choice possible. With each product we offer, we like to make sure we know everything about the product to be able to offer the best experience possible to our customers when using it. We are still relatively new and there will be an increase in products weekly.
